ibis London Wembley

Brilliant hotel we stayed in on our visit to wembley stadium to watch the lionesses. Very modern and clean hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast on the mezzanine level in the morning was very good and a buffet style with hot foods and continental styles available. All worth the money to eat. The bar on the ground floor provides a good area and live music before we left for the match. The showers are nice and powerful and good temperatures. The beds were comfy and easily to fall asleep in. The corridors were quiet as we were on the 9th floor. We will definitely be staying here again, brilliant service by all.

We were there for 5 nights to see London & Oxford. The tube ride into central London was fairly long (30mins) and the stations were a good 15min walk away. However, the trip to Oxford was very convenient with a direct connection from the Wembley Stadium station 2 min walk away. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We were a family of 5 in 2 rooms. Since one of the rooms reserved was not a "family" room, we were initially allocated rooms on different floors. However this oversight was corrected on check-in. We tried once the breakfast buffet and while the staff were again accommodating, it was a little chaotic with many items (temporarily) running out and the coffee machines causing problems. Perhaps it was understaffed the morning we visited. The plumbing for our toilet worked but was incredibly loud. We reported the issue and a handy-man arrived very promptly and while it was not really quiet, it was definitely better. All in all, it suited our needs and budget.

Stayed two nights as we were at a gig at the stadium. Location is fantastic - right next to the stadium and station and near great shops and restaurants. The room was small, but it had everything we needed - beds were comfortable and it was very quiet- so much so we slept late the first morning and missed breakfast! But there are plenty places for a good brunch nearby. Had breakfast day 2 - good selection of hot and cold dishes. Efficient staff kept the tables cleared and clean and the food topped up as it was very busy that morning. All in all would recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again if we need to be in Wembley.

Did not stay here overnight however leaving review due to a great staff experience. Came by for the Rugby League Ashes and my phone was almost dead due to a broken cable on the way down, when I came by the hotel, I spoke to one of the security guards (didn’t catch his name as I wish I could thank publicly by name) who despite the hotel being closed to the public at the time, took my phone inside and allowed for it to be charged for around 10 minutes before I had to go. Top service when there didn’t have to be so he deserves all the credit should there be any available, a great asset to your team.

I brought a group of students to this hotel this week and it was the perfect location for us to begin each day. For the adults, the rooms were a bit snug, but they were immaculate and well taken care of each day. The breakfast, which consisted of Sweet pastries, hot foods, fresh fruit, and hot coffee, was very welcomed each morning. The location was in an area that offered safety, great shopping, great restaurants, and good proximity to the Tube. What makes this property best, however, is the employees. From the folks at the front desk, to the security personnel, to the cleaning crew, to the restaurant workers to the excellent bar staff… all were great. I truly would recommend this hotel for the value, location, and the great staff!

Excellent Stay for the Whole Family! We stayed at the IBIS London Wembley Hotel for three nights with our family and had a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for relaxing after a busy day in London. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was a full English breakfast with everything you could want — eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, as well as a great selection of fresh pastries, breads, cereals, juices, and hot drinks. It was the perfect start to our days and something the whole family looked forward to each morning. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Wembley Stadium, shops, and convenient public transport links into central London. Despite being close to the action, the hotel was quiet and peaceful at night. We really enjoyed our stay and want to thank the team at IBIS London Wembley for their warm hospitality. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for a concert at Wembley Stadium. The place was really clean – the room, bathroom, and even the hallway. Towels and sheets were fresh, and everything looked well kept. The breakfasts were tasty with a good variety, and the dinners were just as nice – one evening there was even live music, which was a lovely surprise.

We stayed at Ibis London Wembley Hotel for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from. One of the highlights was the in-house cinema — a great bonus for a relaxing evening. The hotel's location is also very convenient, being close to both national rail and London Tube stations, making it easy to get around the city. Highly recommended!
